| Why does ClipTrakker hide when I double-click a snapshot?
Since double-clicking a snapshot restores it to be active clipboard, the natural
assumption is that you now want to paste it somewhere, so ClipTrakker hides and
re-activates the last active application. If you prefer not to have this happen
automatically, you can disable this autohide behavior under View/Options.
How do I disable the delete confirmation when deleting snapshots?
To delete snapshots without a confirmation, hold down the SHIFT key when you
press the Delete key or select the Delete menu.
I'm trying to paste the current clipboard to a ClipTrakker page, but nothing
happens... why?
Because some programs put the same data on the clipboard multiple times,
ClipTrakker compares any clipboard data to whatever's already on the page in order to
eliminate duplicates. So, if what you're pasting is already on the page, a second
copy won't be allowed. If you really do mean to duplicate a snapshot, just drag the
snapshot with CTRL held down and drop it on the same page (CTRL changes the default action
to copy).
Where are my snapshots stored on disk?
This varies with the operating system (on Windows NT, they will roam with roaming
profiles from machine to machine). ClipTrakker creates a folder called "Clipboard
Snapshots" wherever the system indicates your "personal" directory to be.
If you do not have one, it uses the directory you installed ClipTrakker to.
