ClipTrakker automatically maintains a history of every item that is copied to your Windows clipboard. ClipTrakker is easy to use and presents your clipboard history by displaying convenient thumbnail images of the clipboard snapshots.

ClipTrakker presents the snapshots it takes in an easy-to-use thumbnail format, and allows you to organize your snapshots into tabbed pages for quick access

Until you need it, ClipTrakker stays out of your way, showing only a clipboard icon on your tray. It silently records your clipboard activity, popping up only when you click on the tray icon or press its hotkey combination (which, by default, is ctrl-alt-/ but can be easily changed).

In addition to the hotkey-only popup window, ClipTrakker can also be set to operate as an auto-hide tray, appearing only when you move the mouse to that edge of the screen.

ClipTrakker as an autohide Tray

Much more than just a clipboard history utility, ClipTrakker provides the tools you need to maximize the clipboard's potential, such as a complete text editor, printing, previewing, and the ability to save images, vector drawings, and text from your clipboard snapshots.

ClipTrakker's editor allows you to edit the existing clipboard or to create new snapshots from scratch: it's the perfect scratchpad!

Rather than inventing its own user interface standards like so many utilities, ClipTrakker looks and feels like the professional Windows application that it is. For the novice user it even provides an interactive guide that appears to lead you through the initial stages. After you've used the program for a bit, he'll rarely if ever intrude on your work.

The ClipTrakker guide provides you with tips and general information.

For the advanced user, ClipTrakker provides a host of configuration options, from changing to hotkeys and autohide behaviors to adjusting the exact number and size of clipboard snapshots maintained in the history.

Advanced users can tweak ClipTrakker to better suit their own specific needs

Because ClipTrakker natively understands the complex data formats used by COM, OLE, and ActiveX, it can handle much more than just pictures and text: it can snapshot files from the Explorer, URLs from your Browser, even linked object from compound documents. For the casual user, ClipTrakker soon becomes one of those "how did I live without it?" tools. For the advanced user, its applications are limitless!

Once you've grown accustomed to it, you'll wonder how you ever did without it!
